Dance Intensive

THE DANCE INTENSIVE

The Dance Intensive is a yearly event held in Santa Cruz, CA where students engage in a three day training learning a variety of traditional and contemporary dance forms from around the world. Top instructors from the greater Bay Area gather to share their expertise in this fun, challenging, and insightful training program. Dance styles covered in this intensive typically include: West African dance, contemporary, bhangra, bollywood, folklorico, vogue, afro-beats, Tahitian, dance hall, belly dance, Ukraininan, samba, capoeira, hip-hop, and afro-Haitian. All levels of dancers are welcome to participate. Due to Covid19, the Dance Intensive are currently on hold.
